BAREFOOT
IN HAWAII
CHANDLER & TRAVIS
This wedding was a true community effort, with friends and family playing a big role in the preparations. The groomsmen meticulously cleared the lawn of spiky plants to ensure a comfortable barefoot experience, and the groom's mother crafted the bridal party's garments using natural dye and plants.
Guests were boated to the Kualoa Secret Island, where the groom's brother, pro surfer Koa Smith, officiated the barefoot ceremony. Surrounded by the ocean, palm trees, and the lush mountain ranges of Oahu, soft rain showers were embraced as blessings from the skies.
The reception at Kualoa Ranch (as seen in Jurassic Park) provided a magical setting for the celebration with the Ko'olau mountain range as a backdrop.
