Murilo and I made a secret plan to surprise his girlfriend Isabela. Without her knowing about the plot, I contacted her and asked her if we could do a couple session "for a dress manufacturer" in Rio de Janeiro.

The whole crew was in on the plan when we met at 5 o clock in the morning to hike up to the spot: right in front of sugarloaf mountain.

​

I think I was the most nervous I have ever been for a shoot, I can't imagine how Murilo must have felt. When he popped the question (and the ring) Isabela was really shocked but super happy! SHE SAID YES! 

I am so happy to have witnessed and documented this amazing moment. And they absolutely love the photos so much.
